PalmOasis shipping options depend on the products in your cart and the delivery address entered at checkout. The options and final shipping charge shown at checkout apply to your order.

U.S. shipping

Eligible U.S. orders of $34.95 USD or more receive free standard shipping. For orders below this threshold, the available rate is calculated from the product profile, package weight, and delivery service selected at checkout.

Shampoo bars currently ship within the United States. For a bar-only order below the free-shipping threshold, a tracked standard-shipping option of $10.00 USD is offered at checkout.

International shipping

Selected non-bar products can ship to the countries available at checkout. USPS and DHL Express rates are calculated from the delivery destination. If a product or country is not eligible, no delivery option will be shown at checkout.

Processing and tracking

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. When an order ships, we send a dispatch email. Tracking availability and delivery timing depend on the selected carrier and destination.

Taxes and import charges

Where applicable, taxes and import charges shown at checkout are determined from the delivery address. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, or carrier charges that are not collected at checkout.
