PalmOasis Hair Longevity Plan

Our subscription option is available on selected PalmOasis products. There is no long-term commitment: you may cancel future recurring orders in accordance with this policy.

Subscription price

Each subscription order receives an additional 5% discount from the product’s then-current displayed selling price. This means a PalmOasis sale price is used first, then the 5% subscription discount is applied. The subscription discount is not calculated from the compare-at price and does not stack with a second subscription discount.

Delivery frequency and payment

Available frequencies are every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months. Your selected payment method is charged for each recurring order when it is processed. The item price, any applicable shipping charge, tax, and total are shown at checkout for each order.

Managing or cancelling

Where the Manage Subscription option is available in your customer account, you can use it to manage your subscription. You can also contact us at any time for help with cancellation, delivery timing, payment details, or shipping details.

To stop the next recurring order, please make your request at least 48 hours before its next billing date. A request made after an order has been billed may apply to the following renewal; the already-processed order remains subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping and returns

Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are assessed separately for every subscription delivery under our Shipping Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
